I am working in company Vision System Group Inc (VSG INC). They are under USCIS investigation and involved in illegal activities. (Vision Systems Group Inc., was indicted in a 10-count federal indictment that included one count of conspiracy, eight counts of mail fraud, and one count of 'Notice of Forfeiture' in the amount of $7.4 million.) .

Company first delayed the payment by 6 weeks. They pay salary more then one month late (example on March 7, I get salary on period Jan 16- Jan 31). This (late payment) they are doing since last more then one year. On March 12th, 2010 they send email saying VSG and its entire sister concern companies are acquired by Zolon (Zolon Corporation) and send there HR manager's email addresses for communication with company. In other email they attached memo from zolon company's CEO that describes that they will pay March(1-15) salary on April 10 and March(16-31) on April 26 and so on. They also told that they will pay Feb(whole months) salary when ever they can. I sent many emails for Feb Salary, VSG HR ppl are saying you should ask new management for salary I (VSG HR ppl) am also now employee for Zolon. I talk to Zolon HR ppl and I told if I dont get Feb salary then I will complain DOL and file a case throgh attorney. Zolon HR ppl are saying Zolon' responsibility of paying salary is from March only.In reality VSG should have paid this salary already, we (might) pay but dont know when. You can file case and lets attorney decide. I dont care.
How should complain about salary to DOL should I complain against Zolon or VSG or both? Now there is no VSG. will I get success? Zolon might slip away by saying I acquired from March.
It is also possible Zolon and VSG owner might be relatives. and want to make money by not paying Feb salary.
Please advice.

- Thomas Fan in MD: Run like you've seen the devil. I have no idea why malpractice suits has not been filed against him yet.
- Clark Trevor in CA - Guy is awesome but expensive.
- Ellen Krengel in CA - Decent.
- Gowda in MI - Slow, inefficient.
- Rajeev Khanna - seems to be good, efficient and responsive.
- Jon Wu, CA - Slow as hell but knows the ins/outs

Renewal of one of my friend got rejected on the ground of FP unavailability see my post "Biometric Issue: EAD renewal denied"
If I have never received a FP Notice from USCIS and then, they deny my EAD renewal because of this, that will be total absurd. I don't think any good immigration attorneys will let this go.

hey all i can't find where to post a new thread so hopefully I can hijack this quick.
I called the USCIS number for info but can't speak to an operator.
My wife is planning on traveling to hawaii in december. She will have her drivers license by then. She has her I-485, I-130, I-765 and some other M109109 (whatever that is).
she wants to know if its ok for her to travel to hawaii (from florida). it's in the united states so i can't imagine there being an issue. she will be traveling to ohio later that month and to me its the same thing. I'm just trying to get the opinion from someone who would know for sure.

Hawaii is an outlying US state. Going to Hawaii should be no different than flying between two cities within continental US.

The point here is that this is wrong
1. Extra cost for Immigrants, It is expensive 400 Dollars
2. There is no logic for this medicine - It makes immigrants guinea pigs for this vaccination. It is clearly a result of lobbying effforts from Pharma companies.
If We do not appose (or I should say expose) it now then u never know what all they will keep piling on in medical exams and very soon that 5% figure that u talked about will be 100%.
Also IV is for Legal Immigration for all nationals, I am sure more than 5% of IV members are getting effected.
It is highly unethical to make this vaccine mandatory for immigrants (girls in age group 11-26) and not for citizens.
Only the Pharma companies and committe members (as they must have been bribed) are gaining out of this.
It is going to bring an estimated 40 million dollar annually to Merck.
Not to mention the extra paper work for us immigrants and RFE's on medicals for people who has already completed the paper work and are waiting in the lines.
This vaccination is for ladies only and in age group 11 to 26, that really means only 5% of Indians will be effected with the wait times we have been looking at.

you can also put links on an image in dreamweaver with image maps.
it's very easy. Just bring the image (or images if you have cut it up) into dreamweaver. Click on the image and in your Properties Pannel you will notice a bunch of options for drawing. Choose the square or the circle or whatever shape you want to make and just draw ontop of your image. This will be an active Hyperlink and will not ad and colours or outlines to your pic.

Please save yourself money and time. I used CCI. I paid $925. Sheila will talk like its a piece of cake to get the approval. Its a BIG LIE. Actually CCI is flagged by USCIS. She will also give you a pdf document of 50 mb or so for you to take a print out and if in case you send it, you application is doomed. After submitting her evaluation, mine got denied. Talk to a good attorney like murthy and take a chance with them instead of spending a grand with this women.

if u go to the doc, they will perform the the tests that are ok to perform..
Check with doc if they will accept the test results (PAP , HIV , etc) from your obgyns office. These tests are already done during initial stages of pregnancy.
Finally the doc will add a note to the medical report that some tests/shots are omited due to pregnancy.

Will the case be accepted with this partial report-- It will be.
Will there be an RFE? -- i dont know.. may be

We had FP on 9/19 and saw LUD on 9/20. Called FBI yesterday and they say they sent results to uscis. Does it mean FP and NC clearance? Or NC is a separate entity. Please, let me know
Name check and fingerprint check are different. Fingerprints are generally getting cleared next day. Not the same with namecheck.

Hi,
I am on H1B in US. My current H1 is valid till July 6, 2009. Then I have an approved H1 extension valid from July 7, 2009 for the next 3 years to 2012. I also have my I-485 applied and is pending for the priority date to be current. I am planning to go to Canada in the last week of June to complete the Canadian PR Landing formalities. I would be in Canada for about 6 days and plan to use AVR (Automatic Visa Revalidation) while coming back to the US. I have a couple of questions with regards to that:
1. My current passport is valid till September, 2009. Can that be a problem while coming back to the US using AVR (as passport will be expiring in app. 3 months)? Is there any minimum Passport validity period for US POE to enter US?
2. When using AVR, is there a new I-94 issued at the POE or the same previous I-94 is handed over as it is?
3. As I have a pending 485, can the completion of Canadian PR Landing formalities and use of AVR while coming back to US be a problem at the POE or for 485?
I would highly appreciate the replies.

Please help....I am in a little bit precarious situation here...
I am frustrated working for Company A and I have a job offer from Company B..
My question is if
1: my I140 is approved from company A and
